On March 15, 2024, The Blues officially inaugurated its third manufacturing facility in Song Than 3 Industrial Zone, Di An City, Binh Duong Province. This is an important milestone in the company’s production scale expansion strategy.
Scale and Capacity
The new factory has a total area of 25,000m2, invested with over USD 15 million with the most modern equipment. Designed capacity reaches 2 million products/month, bringing The Blues’ total capacity to 6 million products/month.
Advanced Technology
The factory is equipped with highly automated machinery systems from world-leading brands such as Juki (Japan), Brother (Japan), and Lectra (France). ERP and MES systems are integrated for intelligent production management, optimizing efficiency and quality.
Sustainable Development
The new factory is designed according to green standards with a rooftop solar power system of 500kWp capacity, wastewater treatment system meeting grade A standards, and advanced energy-saving solutions.
Job Creation
The factory is expected to create employment for over 1,500 local workers, contributing to the socio-economic development of Binh Duong Province.
